Professional Service Hours (PSH) are service credits used when you (the customer) request that AVRL engineers provide Professional Services such as building new bots or making updates to existing logic.
PSH credits represent one credit per one hour of an engineer’s time. PSH credits are deducted as per the following:
New Loadboard Bots - 6 PSH per bot
New API Bots - 2 PSH per bot
Logic Updates or Modifications - Billed on an actuals basis
You can view your current PSH balance at any time in Mika Studio by navigating to the PSH Statement tab, which shows your current balance as well as a statement of Professional Service Hours credits for the past three months, including deductions by ticket ID.
How PSH are Deducted
Investigative Tickets (Where the customer requests AVRL engineers support to look into an existing bot)
If you submit a ticket requesting support to review or investigate an existing bot, an AVRL engineer will perform an initial investigation. The engineer will then provide a summary of their findings along with the credit deduction total for the time spent completing the investigation.
New Build Requests
For new bot build requests, PSH credits are deducted upon ticket closure based on the applicable bot type.
Logic Update Requests
For logic update or modification requests, AVRL will first complete an initial investigation and provide an estimated PSH deduction for the requested work. Once you approve the estimate, the work will be completed and the final PSH credits will be deducted upon ticket closure.
Purchasing Additional PSH
To purchase additional PSH credits, you may submit a new ticket specifying the number of PSH credits you would like to purchase. AVRL will then prepare and send you a PSH DoS for signature. Once the DoS is signed, your account will be credited with the purchased PSH balance and an invoice will be issued.
