The first step to starting an AVRL automation is scheduling an Incoming Bot Group (IBG) intake call. During this call, AVRL’s IBG team will guide your Account team and Pricing Analyst through AVRL Cachet, confirm loadboard or API details, and answer questions about automation performance.
Required Attendees

The individual who currently bids on the loadboard
The individual responsible for reviewing data and making pricing adjustments
Special Requirements
On-portal automations (low volume shippers): Bring a recording of the bid submission process and screenshots of load details.
Linehaul rate submissions: Send the fuel schedule table before the intake call.
